These terms apply when you order from a team store operated by 12 Diamond Apparel. Placing an order means you accept them.
How team stores work
Each team store opens for a fixed window and then closes. Orders are collected during that window and produced together as a single run once it closes. This is what keeps per-item prices reasonable — but it means we cannot add to, change, or produce an order after the store has closed.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and include decoration. Shipping is calculated at checkout. Payment is taken in full at the time of order. If sales tax applies it is shown before you pay.
We may correct pricing errors. If a price is wrong we will contact you before producing your order, and you may cancel for a full refund.
Changes and cancellations
You can change or cancel an order while the store is still open and production has not started — email us and we will refund in full. Once the store closes and production begins, orders cannot be changed or cancelled.
Returns on custom items
Decorated and personalized apparel cannot be returned or exchanged for size or change of mind. Every item is made for you after you order, with your team’s artwork and often a specific name or number. It cannot be restocked or resold. Please use the sizing information on each product page before ordering.
We will replace or refund an item if:
- It arrives damaged or defective
- The decoration is misprinted, misplaced, or the wrong artwork
- You received a different item, color, or size than you ordered
Email info@12diamondapparel.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will make it right at no cost to you.
Personalization is printed as you type it
Names and numbers are printed exactly as entered, including spelling and capitalization. We do not correct them. Please check before you submit.
Production and delivery times
Production begins after a store closes and typically takes three to four weeks, plus shipping. Each store shows its own estimate. These are estimates, not guarantees — supplier stock and carrier delays can affect them, and we will tell you if your order is materially delayed.
Artwork and trademarks
Team names, logos, and artwork remain the property of the organization they belong to. We produce them under the authority of the organization that commissioned the store. If you believe artwork infringes your rights, email us and we will remove it while we investigate.
Color and product variation
On-screen color is a representation. Screens vary, garment dye lots vary, and the preview in the customizer approximates print size and position rather than reproducing it exactly. Minor variation is not a defect.
Limitation of liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including missed events. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
