12 Diamond Apparel makes custom decorated apparel and runs the online stores teams order it from. One link, everyone gets their own size, nobody ends up with a box of unsold hoodies.
Who we are
We are a small custom apparel shop working with clubs, schools, and youth programs. Most of what we do starts the same way — a coach or a team parent who has been handed the job of “sorting out the shirts” and would like it to take less of their week.
The traditional way to do that is a bulk order: guess the sizes, collect the money, hope you got the mix right. It works until someone’s brother wants a hoodie, or four larges go unclaimed and the program eats the cost. Team stores exist because printing to order removes that guess entirely.
We built this site ourselves rather than renting a storefront, which is why things like drag-positioned prints, honest size upcharges, and a live preview of your artwork on the actual garment are in here. They matter to the people ordering, so they were worth building properly.
How we work
Printed to order
Nothing is made until someone buys it. That is what lets a program run a store with no upfront cost and no inventory risk at the end of the season.
Priced in the open
The price on the product page is the price. Size upcharges above XL are shown before you add to cart rather than appearing at checkout.
One inbox
Every question, order, and store request reaches the same place. You are not going to be routed through a ticket system to reach a person.
What we print
Tees, hoodies, crewnecks, quarter-zips, performance layers, hats, and bags, from the same blank catalog professional shops buy from. Decoration is matched to the job — screen printing for large runs, direct-to-film transfers for full-color art and short runs, and embroidery where a garment calls for it.
Artwork can be your existing logo, something we clean up from what you have, or something drawn from scratch. If all you own is a photo of an old jersey, send it — that is a more common starting point than you would think.
