Privacy policy

12 Diamond Apparel (“we”) runs online team stores at 12diamondapparel.com. This page explains what we collect when you order, why, and who else sees it.

What we collect

When you place an order we collect and store:

• Your name, email address, and phone number if you provide one
• Your shipping and billing address
• What you ordered — garment, color, size, artwork, and any personalization
• Any name or number you ask us to print on a garment

If you create an account we also store your email and a securely hashed password. We never see your password in readable form.

What we do not collect

We never see or store your full card number. Card details are entered directly into a payment form hosted by Stripe and go straight to them. We receive only a payment reference, the last four digits, and whether the payment succeeded.

Why we collect it

• To produce and ship what you ordered
• To email you a receipt and shipping updates
• To answer questions about your order
• To keep accounting records we are required to keep

We do not sell your information, and we do not send marketing email unless you have asked us to.

Who else handles your data

We use a small number of processors, each for a specific job:

• Stripe — payment processing and invoicing
• Supabase — database and file storage
• Vercel — website hosting
• Resend — order confirmation and shipping emails
• Shipping carriers — your name and address, so they can deliver

Where a team store is run for a school, club, or organization, we may share order totals and a list of who ordered with that organization’s administrator. We do not share payment details with them.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for seven years, which is the period our accounting obligations require. Account details are kept until you ask us to delete them. Abandoned carts are deleted automatically after thirty days.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We may need to keep order records where the law requires it, and we will tell you if that applies. Email info@12diamondapparel.com and we will respond within thirty days.

Children

Our stores are used to buy apparel for young athletes, but the accounts and payments are the parent’s or guardian’s. We do not knowingly collect information directly from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will remove it.

Cookies

We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies: one to remember your shopping bag, and one to keep you signed in if you have an account. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Material changes affecting existing orders will be emailed to affected customers.
